Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (including Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and locations.

  • A small COD handling fee may be applied and will be shown at checkout.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

  • Orders placed using COD may be confirmed via phone or SMS before dispatch. If confirmation is not received, Octatrope reserves the right to cancel the order.

  • Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can use this link to track your shipment until delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at octatrope@gmail.com with your order details. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • Octatrope is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs (if any) may be borne by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the package and product to help us assist you promptly
